The above course is a Bsc, if you completed this course and also had the appropriate marks in Irish in the leaving you could apply for the post-grad in primary school teaching which is an 18 month course that you can do after your degree.

Acceptance wouldn't be guaranteed though as there is a lot of competition for the course and you need to do an interview and have relevant experience but the above course would be a good starting point

That course wont qualify you to be a primary school teacher. It looks like its aimed at qualifying you to work with early school leavers or in adult education or community development.
