I'm going hardcore now can I lose 20lbs in 2 months?

Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal

Water

Vitamin C

Fruit

Veggies

And Oven Roasted or Grilled Chicken or Turkey everyday

I'm DEFINITELY exercising! I'm wondering though, to lose 20lbs in 2 months will this work?

  1. I'm sure if your determined and eat all that stuff you listed  you would probably lose about 17 pounds in 2 months... loseing 20lbs in 2 months is not healthy(well atleast i think its not healthy), i suggest 1500-1600 (depending on how active you are) calrioes every day and if your workin out you might be upset with your results.... muscles weigh more then fat so you might get heavyer but a more s**y body... good luck loseing weight :)


  2. Run at least 2 miles everyother day and just don't eat junk food, fast food or soda and you will do it. ( I did and lost it)
