If I don't date asians does that make me shallow or racist?

This was inspired by that other guys question.

Ok so here's the deal, I'm not sexually attracted to asian ladies regardless of how pleasing to the eye they are. It's like looking at a lion cub (no offence), very cute but I don't want to take it to bed with me lol

Am I racist or shallow or what?

I guess just by not being sexually attracted to a segment of the population you wouldn't be a racist. There are probably other kind of groups you don't find particularly attractive either. If you are not willing to talk to Asian ladies or be in contact with them, that would be another story. I venture to say that you haven't seen too many Asian ladies - there are some quite dishy ones.

I don't think it makes you racist to have a personal preference about the kind of looks you like, you can't help what turns you on.  

Are Asian ladies attracted to you?  I mean, do you get offers that you keep having to turn down?  If not, then I don't see that it is a problem.

Some folks on here keep equating it with homosexuality, but it's not the same. That's about sexual orientation.

Asian women are women, and where caucasian women are concerned, even if you prefer a blonde to brunette either woman really has the ability to attract you. Among all races there are women who its difficult not to find attractive. So you must either have a problem of not regarding Asian women as real women, or just a blanket view of that particular race.

You're not racist or shallow for not feeling attraction toward Asian women. I think Asian women are beautiful, but it's okay if you don't feel this way.

Some people are more attracted to Asian women than White women, while others like African American women more than Native American Women - it's all a matter of preference.

Asian women aren't going to thank you for expressing your lack of attraction toward them, however. LOL

My recommendation is to date whoever you want and to continue to be social with people of every race - and all is well! :)

I don't think it makes you racist of shallow in the slightest. So you don't date asian women. Some people don't date redheads, don't date white people, etc.

It's all a matter of preference.

If you like white women then ok you like white women. If you like asian women then you like asian women.

It's like the poster above me said. If you don't date men does that mean you're homophobic?

No.  This doesn't make you shallow or racist, per se; it's personal preference, no different than preferring blondes to brunettes.

I find asian women extremely sexually attractive and I've had many nice experiences with them sexually, but again it's just my personal taste.

It's really no different than one person liking coffee whilst the other prefers tea.  Neither one is "correct" or racist, it's a matter of preference, nothing more.

I think your predetermined way of thinking is a little shallow. You never know who you will fall in love with. The special person that catches your eye just may end up being Asian. But for the most part if it is not your thing , it's not your thing.I mean as long as you do not go around slamming Asian females then you are not racist.
