Before when I didn't sleep/eat enough or at all I got really out of it and when that happened I could just sit staring at a wall for hours. Usually when I ate I felt better and normal. Now eating or sleeping doesn't do anything, I can't get out of this state most of the time.

I've been tested for anemia and diabetes already and a few other things, and everything came back normal which I think is wrong. Anyways what should I do?

  1. You should meditate regularly. Sometimes meditation is better for you than sleep. Your body is trying to meditate on it's own - that is a sign you need to do this.

  2. Sometimes minor seizures will make you stare like you are in a trance. I thought initially low blood sugar, but I think you might need further testing to find out what is causing this.

  3. Are you kindof underweight?  You could be hyperglycemic, which basically means your body metabolizes sugars too fast, so you don't have enough of a supply of it in between meals.  Maybe you would feel better if you constantly have a snack available to you over the course of the day?

  4. Hypo Glycemia. See a Doc or a naturpath and get on a good diet. Take some suppliments, too.
