If I don't eat.......?

If I skip a meal(especially breakfast. dinner not as much...) I get super weak and I have no energy. Does this happen to you? Cause most people I know don't really have to eat at all. Also, I only ate breakfast today(which was totally stupid of me :( ), and I want to go for a run. So, I'm going to eat soon. BUT I was wondering, will I get sick if I don't wait long enough? How long should I wait after I eat to go running? And if I do decide to go running right after eating, do you have any advice on not feeling sick? If that's possible.

Thanks!

  1. First of all You HAVE TO EAT BREAKFAST.Thats the most important

thing.aLSO YOU MY BE STARTING TO STARVE.Not good put some food in you girl

  2. I use to have the same problem that you have, i thought that i was overweight and i really wasn't. So i skipped meals and exercised like crazy. I lost some weight but it was not worth feeling as awful as i did. I have know realized that all i need to do is eat healthy meals like salads and soups and exercise daily and i will lost more weight then i did when i was practically starving myself. It isn't healthy to starve your self...trust me. Just eat healthy meals and exercise everyday and i promise you will loose weight. (and drink lots of water)

  4. Don't worry, it's good to feel that way if you skip meals, it'll keep you on track and keep you hopefully from skimping.  Try to eat 3 meals a day or 6 small ones.  I feel that way if I don't eat breakfast or lunch I find.  You need to eat, and if you have a healthy diet, feeling this way if you skimp on eating means you're healthy.

  5. If you would eat 3 small, healthy meals each day and 2 small, healthy snacks, your body would have all the fuel it needs to give you energy and be "balanced."  If you were eating regular small meals, you wouldn't have to plan your workout around your food--you would always be ready to be active.  See the page below and then try it and see.  As for tonight--eat light and then workout.
