They pretty much going to make you do it and your not going to like the way they do it. Then you going to be crying on yahoo answer's asking another stupid question like (can the police do this to me was it a violation of my rights) some dumb question around those lines.

AS LONG AS IT IS A LAWFUL ORDER YOU MUST COMPLY. HE CAN EITHER GIVE YOU A SUMMONS OR ARREST YOU. IF HIS ORDER OR ACTIONS ARE ILLEGAL YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO REFUSE.
