I am filling out a 433-D and it is asking for my employer. I don't have one but want to make sure they will accept my payment plan. It is 15k that I owe. thanks

  1. Don't worry about the employer--

    The 433D allows you to do a direct debit (which is cheaper and easier).  You'll pay less to set it up than if you simply mail in checks.


  2. Don't worry about the employer. The installment agreement should have already been established. Just fill out the part where you're state the payment amount you agreed to and select the day of the month you want the direct debit. Be sure to include a voided check or fill in the routing and account numbers. The form must be signed.

  3. They will work something out with you as long as you've filed all your taxes.
