  3. No, you have to have two photos attached to your application.

  4. Where are you turning in your passport?

    If it is the US Postal Office drop then no.

    If it is the main office in DC on 20'th st then there are stores right there that will take a picture.

    If it is a regional office there are always shops with camera willing to charge you.

  6. No, The embassy isn't a photo studio. They will either turn you away and tell you to come back when you have all the needed requirements (i.e. Photo) or just wont process your application.
