I don't want to seem like I am cold hearted I do care for people. But I have been told I am because I don't feel sorry for people. Like sometimes I just say stuff like "Thats sucks for them" or "Oh well thats to bad". I don't want to be like that. What should I do If I am.

  1. yes.

maybe you should consideer a career in politics?

  2. I don't think so, generally people don't like people taking pity for them or feeling sorry for them. I say "it sucks to be you" a lot, geez! Now I feel cold hearted. Thanks!! :)

  3. Maybe it means you're afraid of showing emotions because you fear you might appear vulnerable.  Ask yourself why you don't want to appear kind or warm or compassionate.

  4. i dont feel pity for people who put themselves in the situation they are in, full on knowing what they were doing. But on the other hand, i dont like it myself when people feel pity for me. feels like i have lost, or as if i NEED peoples pity. You said it yourself, you do care for them, the same way i do, but i say "oh well thats too bad then" sometimes. if you do feel you are cold hearted, try to see into one persons life. someone that affects your life in no way, try to see how life is for them.
