  1. Probably not, most jurisdictions are going by drivers licenses.

  2. True in most states! (Not sure in all!)

Presidential Elections are held by Secret Ballet vote (NOT by the People)

  3. Do you have a drivers license? They pull jurors from both areas so if you don't have either then no they really can't call you for jury duty.

  4. Ohio uses several methods to pick for jury duty.  So, no that will not help.  Go ahead and register to vote.

  5. Gee...you appear  to be quite a  concerned citizen...Congrats on being a low life

  6. some states use your drivers license now...

  7. Most states pull from the drivers license lists, so it probably won't help you.

  8. They might go by your Drivers License.

  9. drivers license and income tax records are used to find jurors

  10. It depends if they used registered voters or registered taxpayers in your county in Ohio. Jury duty is hard to escape if they call your name. Actually, I think Jury duty should be a volunteer organization for retired people. They don't have the stress of their job, family, and bills.

  11. yes

  12. nope!

  13. No most states no longer use that as basis for determing jurors. By using a drivers license the number of potential jurors goes up.

  14. Greetings.  if you want to not have to serve on any jury then it is really simple.  You can register to vote but you should join the Jurors rights movement.  anyone who is aware of the rights of jurors is not allowed to serve on a jury, you are automatically disqualified.  Did you know it is the duty of anyone on a jury to refuse to convict someone of breaking a law that is itself illegal?  or that the judge is not allowed to make a recommendation to the jury as to what they should decide, that is jury tampering and illegal.  no lawyer or prosecutor will allow any member of jurors rights to serve on any jury.  And it is good for the entire united states including every state.  You will find their ad run in the Backwoods Home magazine every issue or so.
