Question:

If I don't think about food, will I not be hungry?

my mom tells me that i snack too much but never eat any meals but then she gets mad at me cuz i never eat with her cuz she doesnt really know how to cook actual meals like there's seriously no food to make a meal with.

i usually cook myself rice but recently i got sick from eating it too much so i havent really been eating anything but chips and grapes.

i dont have an eating disorder it's just that i have a fast metabolism and i get hungry all the time and i think if i dont think about food then maybe i wont be hungry and get in trouble all the time...will that work?

  2. you got it all wrong dear by not thinking you only get less desire but your body speaks for their self,they send signals to tell you to get some  food its the matter of choosing the part of healthy and fulfilling toure desire to eat,both part any but not just one.

  5. you need to start eating right...   your body is starved.

      i doubt if you have enough minerals, vitamins in your body to have a metabolism.

    get some fresh produce stat!  start eating right...

  6. your body knows when it's hungry...If you go long periods of time with out eating ...when you do eat you will over do it...

    make a menu of things you know you have available...eat breakfast....later a snack...then lunch...then a snack...then dinner.

    adjust your menu and snacks to a desired calorie intake.

      

  7. omg.. I snack so much too... and i love rice <3...

    I always am soo hungry because there is nothing around to eat in my house...

    I usually end up running back and forth from fridge, cabinent, pantry, back fridge and all over again...

    usually I end up just eating junk food...

    I mean, I really do want to eat healthy but nothing is around...

    especially durring the summer time

    soo... what im trying to do is eat more filling food durring meals.... like at breakfast, dont just settle for a poptart or a bowl of cereal...

    try eggs and baccon and some fruit...

    yea... stuff like that
