for a week, then straighten it, will it be less damaging than if I wash it and straighten it in the same day? I have verrry kinky, frizzy, dry hair, so I don't wash it that often anyway.

  1. if you do not want it  frizzy wash your hair and wrap a small blanket (Use a flat blanket not wool)around your head tightly and wait tell it is completely dry.And then take it off then it should be flat.

  2. me either I think it would be dirty and crappy

  3. Hair should be washed when it gets greasy. For most people this seems to be around two or three days, though hair can be trained over time to require less washing. If you straighten it when it's dirty, then you're sort of making it worse. Some people wash and conditioner one day, then re-condition the next. Try that.

Or try using a natural shampoo to avoid stripping your hair and damaging it further, rather than avoiding washing it for long periods of time.

  4. It wouldn't be as bad because you have all the dirt and oils built up so yeahh, but if you don't want to damage it I would just buy some type of protective heat spray.

  5. it will be worse because ur hair is gonna be in a tangle!!!
