Generally not tho some organizations do give such credit it is considered unethical.   However if you arrange with an organization and get their OK to do community service by doing a clothes or furniture collection that could be called community service bec you were putting in effort for them not just getting rid of stuff you don't want.

No. Community service is where you volunteer at a homeless shelter or SPCA or such thing, maybe even a Old Folks Home ( For Free )

Yes infact, we are starting an NGO called Vasantham . I f you are interested you can donate those and get a delf satisfaction, causde it will reach the people in no time.
