If I dont have the money what do I do to get a divorce?

I haven't been able to find my husband to get a divorce for three years.

Question is not phrased properly. You have not mentioned your place of residence. As I understand, your husband has deserted you since three years. For this you have to apply for Divorce on this reason. The procedure is very time consuming as far as I know. I think you may get Divorce in six months time.  If you are an Indian, there is a separate branch of lawyers available for free legal help, in any Law Court Complex. Their fees are being paid by the Government.

Do what my first two wives did. Spend him into bankruptcy and then have s*x with a lawyer. Works like a charm. He won't have the money to fight you then. You can take everything that's left.

you should be able to fill out the papers yourself.  try finding them online.  then take them to the clerk of court and you will have to pay alittle but not like it would cost to hire a lawyer
