  1. YES - " PAYPAL " decides to keep your money if the account ain't used for a while.  THEY DID IT TO ME, AND OTHERS THAT I KNOW>

WHAT I DO IS THE FOLLOWING - IF someone only accepts  PAYPAL, shop elsewhere, where credit cards, cashiers' checks, or money orders are accepted. REMEMBER THIS - " YOUR MONEY IS GOOD ANYWHERE, AND YOU DON'T NEED THE BUSINESS........THEY NEED YOU "

THAT'S WHY I SHOP AMAZON, instead of E-BAY.  I also shop OVERSTOCK DOT COM ,  and BORDERS

  2. Some online buyers will allow you to send a check/money order but they will delay shipping your item until the check clears.

  3. you can use your master card, SMS Payment ,Debit Cards phone.

  4. You dont.I HATE PAY PAL!!!! They took $645.00 from me because I didnt have all my personal info they were asking for!!!  I sold alot of stuff on E-Bay...DONT USE THEM!  If there isnt another way of paying that person then go look somewhere else. Its not worth it!! :) TRUST ME,BEEN THERE!!!

  5. I've been using paypal for years, never had any problems.

You could get a credit card with a very low credit limit and just use it for on-line purchases.Than  it would be easier to dispute if you  have a problem. If a seller doesn't want to supply their name. don't trust them. Never, never  use a debit card.
