If I drink and Amp energy drink, how long will I have until I crash?

It depends on your body really. For some people it is 5 or 6 hours for others who are more resistant to caffeine and sugar it is only a couple of hours.

If you are looking for an energy drink that will give you a boost without making you crash I suggest you try out healthier energy drinks that are lower in caffeine and sugar and contain better healthier ingredients.
