Question:

If I drink more water...?

I am ALWAYS wanting to eat, and that has caused ALOT of weight gaining... If I drink more water will it help me not be as hungry? Like a lot more? And how much? I have tried gum and mints, ect.. to try and not eat but they dont work... Please I really need to lose weight, for my health and self confidence... Thanks!!!

  3. Drink plenty of water. But the best way to keep from being hungry and slowing your metabolism down is to eat 5-7 pieces of fruit a day. apples bananas, oranges, grapes etc will fill up your stomach and they contain no fat. Your body will feel full and have lots of energy and comfortably burn any fat that is on your body now. anytime you begin to crave food eat an apple or a banana wait 10 mins. Hunger gone and you'll weigh less in the morning.

    chewing ice helps you lose calories... try drinking onky water a fruits for one weeek ...please try it!!!

  6. just healthier alternatives when i worked at mcdonalds i stopped working out because of fatigue and put on 10 pounds from their fatty foods. When I started eating fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grain foods, and cut out all junk food i lost 25 pounds and gained a lot of my energy back

  8. eat 5 small healthy meals a day...brisk walk at least 30 minutes a day followed by some yoga or pilates...you should drink more water...

  9. i heard if you eat a lot of really small like snacks instead of big meals it helps u loose weight...of course u should eat like healthy snacks like try a fruit salad instead of chips or something...also i heard peanut butter and apples together is like super good for you and it fills u up...try it! I drink a lot of water and that fills me up too its good for you and you should be drinking about 9 glasses of water anyways.

  12. yeah water stops u from hunger but its bad if you keep on doing it. To stop the hunger just start by slowly decreasing how much food u eat a day.
