If I drink only 1 bottle of beer, once a week, can I gain abs?

  6. 1 bottle of beer once a week is completely irrelevant to having defined abs. Without knowing other factors, such as your diet besides the 1 beer, and your training regimen, it's impossible to say whether you will have "good" abdominals. However, as long as your diet and exercise keep your body fat percentage very low, it doesn't matter if you have a beer, candy bar, milk shake, or whatever other empty-calorie type food every once in a while.

    Remember, crunches alone will not define your abs! Other than medical procedures, there is no way to "spot-reduce" fat on certain portions of the body; you have to train to build up the abdominal muscles AND reduce overall body fat so that they aren't hidden under a layer of flab.

  8. if you drink a small can of beer once a week and if you eat only fruits, veggies, and lean meats and lots of water and lots of exerxise you'll probably look hot ;)

    drinking one beer a week will not prevent you from getting abs, but only drinking beer and not exercising will give you a beer belly!
