Question:

If I eat 0 calories one day, 200 the next, 400 the next, and 600 the next could I lose 7-10lbs a cycle?

With 15-30 minutes of jump roping daily.

Im 108 if it helps.

I do need to lose weight.

  1. 0 calories in 1 day.You are an idiot.The only thing you are gonna lose this way is muscle mass.You will lose 90% of muscle mass this way.You need at least 1200-2000 calories/day and jump roping is not a great cardio.Try swimming or running or biking and also do weight training to build some muscle mass not a lot but if you build some you can lose fat easily.

  3. Irrespective of your age and gender, it would be wise to go on this experimental  dieting.

    The best way is to reduce the intake of oily and other junk foods on daily basis.

    And do worktout regularly.

  4. You'll gain weight because you're starving yourself. The best thing to do would be stay on 12-1400 calories EVERYDAY consistently. Also, make sure your carbohydrates are low... less than 200 grams per day.

  5. Yes, but it is not good for you. Your body will eventually quit losing, and start storing. Your body has a starve mechanism, and when it thinks that it is not getting enough, it will start to store. Then when you do eat more, you actually gain weight.

    The best thing to do is just to reduce the caloric consumption, by 1/4 of the recommended intake for your weight, and step up the cardio workout for best results.

    108lbs is a lot, but only if you're like 3ft7, and  i highly doubt that you are.

  10. not a good idea when you do not eat your body thinks it is starving and does not work. You need to eat fewer calories every day and space them out during the day. small meals 5/8 times a day . not eating screws with the blood sugars and you are setting youself up for defeat. Eat breakfast if just a yougart.

Wow, slow down. that doesn't sound like a good idea, you will probably end up messing up your metabolism. if you eat 3 healthy meals a day and exercise , walking is good , then you will loose weight, if you're only 108lbs then why do you need to loose weight anyway? be careful you can end up hurting your body.

    i guess it depends on what your eating.

    the zero calories will not work at all. it will accuacly make you gain weight and not lolose it. just eat vegtables and fruits strictly and that will make you lose weight.

  16. No apparently your too skinny as it is and not eating will only cause you to gain weight when you do get back on a regular eating schedule.
