  1. 1 pound of fat contains 3500 calories so it probably takes 4000+ extra calories for your body to make a pound of fat.

  2. well it depends how often you eat it. if you eat it consistently about 2 to 4 weeks but if its only something in moderation it wont =)

  3. If you are an athlete and burn over 1,000 calories an hour for the activity you do, then probably never.  I am actually losing weight even though I sometimes consume well over 5,000 calories a day.  I gain the weight back during off season when I am more sedentary.  Then I lose it again during the season.

If you are consuming a high calorie food such as a cheese cake, after you had a day of eating normally, then the extra calories will most likely turn to fat within a day or two.  If you ate a high calorie food while not meeting your daily caloric requirement then you could possibly lose weight.  It depends on how much you ate the entire day.  Doesnt really matter what you consume.

If your body needs 3,000 calories a day and you had 5 cheese cakes and each of them were 500 calories, you would be missing 500 calories to maintain your weight.  Therefore you would lose weight regardless of what you ate.  You dont really need to worry about what you eat as long as you count your calories and also consider the activities of the day.  Some athletes can have a milk shake with every meal and still lose weight because of the amount of work their bodies go through.

  4. It could be up to 3-4 pounds.. Or even more

But don't worry, if you just do this every now and then like once a week. You won't get fat.

The 3-4 pounds is just digestion process. Heavier foods take longer to process and weigh more by sitting in your belly. Your body can only take sooo much from the food before its forced to throw it away. Infact incase you didn't know you could eat your p**p 2 to 3 times before it actually has no nutrition left in it. I know thats nasty but there teaching it to soldiers now incase survival is needed. Its the same thing with pee, there teaching them to drink it for viatamins if your trying to survive because there not able to eat or drink.

In a short way to put it. If you ate like a whole pizza for example, which would be about lets say 10 slices. Then you would weigh like 3 pounds more tomorrow. But when you take a p**p.. you will weigh exactly the same as you did before. If you gained anything it will be very little.

Getting fat takes time, a long time actually. But its easy for people to do eventually over long periods of time since the world loves food.

  5. Every body is different. Some put on weight really easily, some don't. Some people can eat huge amounts of high-calorie food and never gain weight, others eat very little and weigh 200 pounds. There's not a simple answer to your question.

Generally, eating one higher-than-usual calorie meal tends not to make any difference at all, because your body finds places to put that energy to use. You don't have to freak out waiting for your cheesecake to emerge. :) Calories don't just go towards fat and exercise, after all. They also go towards making your brain run, regulating your temperature, and other things your body is doing that you don't even know about.

  6. This all depends on your body type and how fast your body metabolizes food.

  7. Soon , within a week if you keep eating and did not burn them off.

Want to be nothing heavy in weight but high in calories ..keep fit.
