My airplane is going to leave from Budapest and arrive at Frankfurt. I am a Serbian citizen, and I do not understand whether I should go to have my passport checked or not if I will arrive from a Schengen state (Hungary).

  1. There should be no passport check, you are in a common travel area - the Schengen zone. The passport check is for travel from the outside into the zone, not from travel from one Schengen nation into another.

  2. There won't be a passport control since you travel within the Schengen-Zone and set the case there would be one you would have to fall in line at the Non-EU citizen counter because this case is not a visa question it is a question of citizenship.
