  1. It depends on your age. If your under 30 u probably will, if your over 30 probably not.

  2. Yap. Not TOO much though. You have to eat fat to burn fat. I eat maccas and KFC nearly everyday but do heeps of skipping, weight training and stuff, and still lost 20kg in 3-4 months! Strange how these things work huh? Just exercise ur *** off n u can eat watevr u want. Just don't eat HEEPS of watevr ure eating.

  3. it depends largely on what you eat and how often you work out.  If you eat less calories than you take in, you'll lose weight.  If you eat more calories than what energy you burn in a day, you'll gain weight.

  4. If your burning more calories than you consume, working out or not your going to loose weight.  I don't know your end goal whether you are wanting to loose weight or gain or if you just want the freedom to stuff yourself without heavy.  My recommendation is to google "BMI calculator" get your BMI and you'll be set and you'll know where to go from there.

  5. Technically yes, but the key to weight loss is that Calories in is less than Calories out. I'm not saying that you shouldn't eat (it actually slows down your metabolism, making harder to lose weight). You should find out the you basal metabolic rate is and eat AT LEAST that many calories. That will give you enough Calories to fuel your body's basic processes.

Go here to find your metabolic rate: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul...  .

Also don't forget that there are 4 calories for every gram of carbohydrates and protein, 8 for alcohol, and 9 for fat.

To increase your metabolism, do strength training and or resistance training. When you build muscle mass, you increase your metabolism meaning you will burn more calories.

So yes it's possible, but it's not exactly healthy.
