If I exercise my brains out after overeating...?

I just ate way too much and I feel terrible, trying to find a way to make it better, if I like jump rope for two hours will it be okay? Of course ill wait a while so I dont get sick or something.

  1. Jump rope for 2 hours?!  I wouldn't recommend it.  Quality over quantity.  Do it HIIT style,5-3min rounds, 3-3, etc.

    You won't gain weight from eating 1 big meal.  Just spread out your exercise evenly over a span of 4-5 days/week and you'll better be able to maintain your weight, and even lose a few.
