If I fail Algebra and Global Studies will I still pass the 9th grade? (I'm homeschooled)?

Im A+ student in Business Management and Spanish and a B+ Student in Writing. Please help!

  1. Are you truly homeschooled or are you doing a distance learning or online program? If you are homeschooled and your parents make all the decisions, then you need to ask them. If you are going through some program, you need to ask the people in charge of the program.


  2. This depends on who makes the decision about passing you, and what their standards are.

  3. You should never be failing whole courses in homeschool, because if you get to a point where you haven't mastered the material where you are, you should make sure you've "got it" before moving on.  Master Chapter 1 before going on to Chapter 2.  It might take you longer, but in the end you'll have learned what you need to know.  It doesn't make sense to keep pushing forward when you don't have the background, like public school forces students to do, then fail the whole course.
