  1. Yes

  2. i filed mine late and and just now got my stimulus check i was susposed to get it in june

  3. You can go to the IRS web site and find out exactly when you will get it

  4. yes, you should get a letter first when to expect the check

  5. Maybe. It depends on when it was filed and what the last two digits of your SSN are. The last batch of scheduled checks go out next Friday. After out, they go out about a week after the return is processed, with the last being mailed out no later than December 31.

  6. Of course it will, since the stimulus check is based on your tax return.  Depending on how late you filed, you might get it in late July or in August.

  7. Of course it will.  The rebates are based upon the tax liability as shown on your 2007 tax return.  If you haven't filed it yet, there's no way for the IRS to know what your tax liability will be so they cannot cut your rebate check.

The rebate schedule is based upon your tax return having been processed by April 15th.  If you filed too late for it to be processed by then, your rebate will be in the second batch.  Those should start going out in a week or two and will probably run through August.

As long as you file by October 15th, you will receive a rebate check this year if you're eligible for one.  If you miss that date, you'll have to wait until you file your 2008 return in 2009 where it will appear as a refundable credit on your 2008 return.

  8. No it only involves 2008 and that letter of your last name will decided how long it takes.
