If I get Sirius satallite radio, when do I have to pay for it?

I was thinking about getting the sirius satallite raido, and I was wondering how often would I have to pay for it, and do you have to pay for life as long as you use it or for just a set amount of time?

you can pay month to month or quarterly or yearly or for a lifetime subscription.  its around $12 a month, $30 a quarter, $100 year, and $500 for a lifetime.  last time i checked if you pay for the lifetime and your receiver screws up and you have to get a new one the service doesnt transfer to the new one which i thought was kind of crappy.

One thing to add to casey c.  If you buy the lifetime, you can transfer it to a new radio three times, but it will cost $75 to transfer it each time.

u would need to pay once a month and for as long as u want to have it. but u would have to call and cancel it.
