I like to swim, and I swim all the time. so sometimes when I'm doing laps or something and I'm done I'll just like accidently get some in my mouth then spray it out. Is this going to ruin my teeth? How can I protect them?

  1. i would be inclined to think it would help your teeth as it would swish away all the bacteria (hidden food particles) in your mouth, preventing cavities. Plus, swimmers teeth seem to look good from what ive seen on tv.

  2. most toothpastes have a protective layer in them, plus the enamel on your teeth is designed to protect your teeth from damage. So, no, swimming won't kill your teeth if you take care of them.
