How much has to be changed form a piece of designer clothing to be considered not covered under copyright laws?

  1. You are talking about fraud. Copyright has to do with written or printed material, not cloth.

  4. I don't get it. Why don't you just sell it with the original label. What's the advantage of changing the label??

  5. If the place it was made made it specifically for the place you got it, then it will be illegal no matter what you do. Unless it's like a garage sale or something like that.
