I just wanted to know if I would get evicted. I know that after 2 weeks they have to be on the lease.

  1. You can get evicted. The reason they want to know who's living there is for insurance reasons. But honestly how would they 'know' if someone is actually living there? I wouldn't want to live in a place if my landlord was in my house all the time, checking on things.

  2. Yes, you could get evicted.  Also, if they cause damage your insurance may not want to pay for the damage.  Follow the lease, save yourself problems.

  3. Tenants can not move in extra people. They can have guest. A guest can stay a week or 2, but if it appears that they have moved in the landlord can make a rent adjustment by raising your rent or he can evict

  4. Yes you can be evicted.

  5. You would have to be given a Notice to Cure - demanding that you get rid of the unauthorized occupants first. If you fail to get them out, you would all be evicted.
