  1. of course ya can! ur irish! im irish too nd we can do wat we want because we r irish! but seriously i dont think so! but do it for the laugh

  2. No you would have to go to the court case since you were arrested in America.

  3. If you're released on bail, you can probably make it. Within California, you might have problems at the airport, but I doubt they would know anything about your arrest in another state, at least not very quickly.

If you flee the US, however, you should expect to be arrested the next time you enter the US. If it's a severe crime, there might also be an Interpol warrant issued, and you may get arrested the next time you cross any international border, or your home country may extradite you back to California.

However, since you are an international, and you perhaps even already have a return ticket, I think you would simply be declared a flight risk and be held in jail without bail until you get tried.

    Welcome to the US.

  4. depends on what you were arrested for, if it was minor they will not pursue you

  5. .  YOu can do that.  It solves your immediate problem.

  6. Lol what happened you got drunk and got in fight?

    Just guessing  (btw I'm Australian).

If you think you will be harshly treated because you are a foreigner (hey I know it happens)  then I can understand why you might want to cut and run.  It's a big decision though.

You obviously won't be able to come back the US without being arrested.  Hmm what if you are convicted and fine or given a suspended sentence and they let you go home?  With a criminal convition, they might not give you a visa next time.  So maybe you couldn't come back anyway, even if you do the right thing.

So maybe there is actually no down-side to just running, assuming that it's not so serious that they will try to extradite you.  And I'm assuming that it's not that bad.

Maybe get the advice of a lawyer.

    Good luck.

  7. Yes you can.

You'll get free accomodations in an Irish jail when you get arrested on the extradition and a return ticket to the US to go to the trial the second time.

The Judge won't be NEARLY as friendly as he would have been and they'll have extra charges for you to face, like flight from prosecution.

They'll arrange to provide long-term accomodation here as well.

  8. Probably after you serve the jail time, yes.

  9. You may get away with it, but you will not  be able to return to the States ever again.
