it all depends on who's fault it is, if its another persons fault they can sue them for medical injury, but if it is because of you, then they do have the right to sue you for endangerment and medical bills

anyone can sue anyone for anything. its the winning part thats hard. some guy in the Midwest is suing God for making terrorisitc threats and causing natural disasters that kill people, like Katrina

If you are the driver yes they do have the right to sue u and the person who yall got hit by in the wreck. thats where your money come in at.
