  1. you can apply for U.S citizenship in 3 years with a green card due to marriage to a U.S. Citizen.

(An individual who has been married to a U.S. citizen for 3 years may file for naturalization 90 days minus 3 years from the date lawful permanent or conditional resident status is granted (or later). The individual must have been physically present in the U.S. for ½ the 3 year time period.)

  2. 5 years after u get your green card

  3. 3 to 5 years after green card

  4. Almost 1 year to get green card based on the marriage to US Citizen. After 2 years of conditional green card and still being married to your USC spouse, you apply for Remove Condition.

And 1 year after than, which is 3rd year of being green card holder and still married to USC, you are eligible to apply fo US Citizen.

If you are no longer married to the US Citizen, then you need to wait until the 5th year anniversary of your green card.
