If I get merry here in US can I go back to my country and wait there for interview. Can my husband stay here?

What is your status in the US?  What type of visa did you enter with?  And what is your fiance's status?  Citizens of course can remain, & so can legal permanent residents.  If he is on a visa, the type of visa determines whether he can get a dependent's visa for a spouse.  A dependent's visa would be temporary, expiring the same time as the principal visaholder's visa.

If you are marrying an American citizen and you came here on a visa, under most circumstances you would be able to remain in the US and become an immigrant while here. If your husband is an American, as far as the US is concerned, he's free to live wherever he wishes.If he is, have him check out uscis.gov and look up the instructions for the I-485. There's a how to section on this as well.  If your husband has some other status here, tell us what it is and you'll get a better answer.
