Yes, tying your tubes only prevents the eggs from reaching the uterus and the sperm from reaching the eggs, it does not prevent the monthly cycle of hormones or your period.  Short of a hysterectomy or oopherectomy (removal of ovaries), you will still have a period until menopause.
