  1. In most states you would be hit 1st with a fine for having an open container in public & then pending you BAC, you would then most likely get a BUI, DUI, or DWI

  2. You didn't say you were drunk, just riding with a beer in your hand. In AZ, drunk driving applies to cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, bicycles - you name it.

  3. You will need to be driving a motor vehicle to be driving. That includes Boats, Cars, Mopeds, scooters, trucks etc.

You can be cited for having an open container in public or being intoxicated in public.

  4. In some states, you can.  Or you can at least expect a public intoxication charge.

  5. as usual the Americans assume it`s their question. In UK you can be arrested for being drunk in charge of a bicycle. You can`t be breathalysed,so its a matter of opinion of the police officer at the time.

  6. No, you're drunk pedalling. :-P

  7. yes.  they can even get you if on a horse.

  8. Possibly.

I know you can get oui for using a power wheel chair after drinking two margaritas.

  9. You could not be cited for DWI, but you could be arrested for public intoxication. Hopefully you won't steer your bicycle into traffic. No air bags on a bicycle.

  10. Its called "public intoxication" and yes you will be arrested...

  11. yea they say ur a drunk driver cause u still hav to follow the rules as if ur in a car.stupid huh yea just like u hav to stop at a stop sign if ur ridin ur bike

  13. Wrap it in a brown bag and say its the Coke.

  14. Depends on the law written. In texas the ban is on "motor vehicles".
