It does scare me how some states still do not require any training or background checks prior to hiring somebody as a security guard.

Not unless justified under the laws of Use of Force.

This question reinforces the need for legislation for psychological testing for anyone in the security profession prior to issuance of a license as a security guard or other private security job.

Anytime you have a Use of Force there will be questions to answer. WHY did you use the amount of force you used, and was it necessary?

You cannot just randomly take a swing at an individual because you carry a card that says you are a Security Guard.
