giving him the money back so he basically got the car for free,

Do I have a right to be upset he didn't give me the $1000 back that I gave him solely & specifically for buying the car?

I don't know what he did with the money.

  1. IF HE WANTED 2 PAY BILLS HE SHOULD OF BEEN HONEST ENOUGH 2 TELL U THIS,THIS IS NUBER 1 LIE,CANT TRUST ANY ANYBODY WHO LIES,2TH HE NEEDS 2 PAY YOUR $$$$ BACK 2 U,I WOULD STOP HELPING HIM.YOUR MAKING IT SO ASY 4 HIM NOT 2 WORK WHEN U GIVE HIM $$$,BUT U CAN STILL LOVE YOUR BROTHER AND YES HE'LL B MAD U WON'T GIVE HM $$$$ BUT HE WILL GET OVER IT SOMEDAY.

  2. Did you "give" him the money or "loan" him the money? If you gave it to him, he should've given it back the moment he negotiated a deal whereby he no longer needed it. If you loaned him the money (subject to a suitable repayment schedule), it will come back according to that schedule, so he was free to use it according to his discretion.

  3. Yes. Not letting you know that he got it for free is dishonest. He should have had enough honor to let you know
