If I go astral traveling and look into a mirror, what will I see?

I think this question is interesting. They say that they can see other people while astral traveling and also notice what each other are wearing..including themselves...so it seems like they could see themselves in a mirror. But..I doubt that's something they would think about doing. Probably once you're out of your body you're looking at everything around the room  and out in the world. MAYBE SOMEONE WHO ASTRAL TRAVELS WILL SEE THIS QUESTION AND LOOK IN A MIRROR THE NEXT TIME THEY TRAVEL!!

Depends on what form your essence takes on, you may be translucent, may be just a dot or completely invisible.

that depends on your journey. Are you looking into the mirror to astral travel or are you traveling and then you look into a mirror? It just depends really, where your destination was and what your subconcious was sending you. Your astral form is whatever you want it to be. Some see it as a shiny blue outline of your form sorta like what you'd see on the sci fi channel. Hopefully you won't run into "The Terror of the Threshold" which is you facing your worst fear. (it can appear as a scary person or be you in an alternate weight or something...)

Hah, love this question, it is full of intrinsic contradictions. If you are an "astral traveler", you would have no physical body so you would not see your reflection in the mirror. But if you don't have a physical body and physical eyeballs, conventional optics don't apply so you wouldn't even be able to see in the first place. So if you DO see, it is through "astral eyes" that work with a mechanism other than optics. But if that's the case, there isn't any reason to think that mirrors will still function as reflectors of whatever kind of astral-photons your astral-eyes are intercepting. So then would you see an opaque flat plate, a transparent plate, or your astral-reflection?  At this point, we find ourselves squarely in the middle of Imaginationland.
