If I go to an underage drinking party and it gets busted can I get in trouble even though I wasn't. I'm 16.

Will I get charges against me if I go to and underage drinking party and it gets busted, but I haven't drank that night?

yes you can just for being there. f**k the police. But, you can avoid this completely by not drinking or going to parties where no alc is being served.

Yea even if you weren't drinking they could still charge you with a minor in possession....and then they can do breathe-alyzer and charge you if you were drinking..it is basically up to the cops discretion but yea you can be charged..because you made the choice to go to a party where you knew alcohol would be there..Im not against drinking, but stupid decisions will ALWAYS be met with a consequence..

You would be associated with the party directly as being there amoug over underaged drinkers, guilt by association

Beeser, I hate to break it you but more than likely ... ya your gonna go with the rest of em..alot of it will depend on the individual officers judgement's that are there...But from my experience your guilty by association..The whole minor in possession is questionable in my opinion and I think it could be argued in court favorably for you..But, a word of advice keep yourself out of a bad situation and you wont have to worry about it..

You can be charged with minor in possession, I think.  Just not M.I. consumption.
