Ok, I made some stupid mistakes and I am ready to face the concequences. I have a ticket for 1100 dollars and I called and they said if I pay 1/2 down then I can pay the rest in 100 dollars a month till it's done. I also was told I have to come in person to pay. Will they still arrest me there when I come to pay? Most people keep telling me no, because they want my money more than me but I am still freaking out! If I get arrested then I will lose my job and be extra screwed! Also I would be paying with my new temp debit card, which the websites says they take, but if they dont I would need to run accross the street and get a money order, would they let me or just arrest me? I wish I could do the money order first but I'm not sure of the exact amount. Please help! I am freaking out!

  1. they won't arrest you if you are going to pay. Call the court house and ask for a cleark. Give them your case number and they will let you know how much you owe. If you can't pay it all then go infront of the judge and ask for a payment plan or a continuence and let them know you missed your court date because you had to work and you made a mistake. I'm almost 100% they wont arrest you. You do have to pay in person though.
