I did NOT take Pre-Calc because my Trig prof told me it was a waste of time and money if I got a 4.0 in Algebra and Trig.

  1. I never took pre-calc and did quite well in calculus ... except the calculus of trig since my small highschool didn't go over trig very thoroughly.

    You should do quite well.

  2. at the very least you have your basics down.  Its similar to i'd say if you mastered alge I and II and you wanted to know how you'd do in trig/analytical geometry.  You still use the basics i guess, but it's a totally knew different kind of math.

Calculus at least the one i took, works mostly on limits.  As things approach 0 or infinite, errr it's a bit more complexthan that of course, and some graphs look 100% different fromtypical ellipse, parabolla, hyperbola graphings.

  3. If you are really determine you could perform wonders. Just go for it  if the zeal is there. Good luck

  4. Calc is fun. If you have the basics down (trig and algebra) you will do just fine.
