Are there any hawaii traffic schools? I don't want to have to pay for going 70 on an interstate for 3 years of insurance

You need to call the Clerk of Court for the jurisdiction where you got the ticket and ask them if a CA school will substitute for whatever HI requires.

Answers is simple, call your Insurance, explain you received a citation and ask if you do a traffic school course to prevent an insurance rate increase.
