  1. Farris - Wheel. That's what I thought. UGLY NAME

Malone - Boy. The song Riding with Private Malone by David Ball is what I thought of. UGLY NAME

Harlan - Thought of Harlem and Harlow, Nicole Ritchie's daughter (it is nicole ritchie right?!) UGLY NAME!

I'm sorry, but these are REALLY UGLY NAMES.

  2. Farris reminded me of Ferris Buellers Day Off, a movie from the 80's

    Malone reminded me of Baloney

Harlan is the best of the bunch, it does however sound rather masculine.

    Hope this helps :)

  3. 1. Farris-Ferris Bueller and Farrah Fawcett (sp?)

    2. Malone-Al Capone (I think Malone is some actor's last name)

    3. Harlan-Harlem

They are very masculine;  I would have thought they were for boy's.  Just being honest, sorry.

  4. 1.) My first impression of Farris is "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" followed by Anna Faris, who is a S****y actress. Don't name your daughter that. What about Fallon?

2.) Malone is my favorite. I love it!

3.) Harlen sounds like Harlem, which is a poverty stricken part of New York City. Please don't name your daughter this either.

  5. 1. I think of Ferris Buelers (or whatever) day off

    2. sounds like an old guy

    3. Harlan is my favorite

but I think they all sound like boys names to be honest

  6. farris - like a ferris wheel?

    malone - dog food

    harlan - a boys name

    i dont like any

  7. Ew, horrid, all three of them. They all sound masculine...and ew. I have a friend who's last name is Maloney.

  8. Farris -- Okay, I have to say that I really don't like it. It's not because of the name exactly, but my principal (up until this year because he got...haha fired), his last name was Ferris.... AH! Creepy! So, name...principal...eeek! But I met a person named Fairy... haha, she was awesome.

Malone -- I'm not completely sure how to pronounce it. It's not so cool if it rhymes with cologne. But if it's an odd spelling of Melanie... I'm not a fan of the spelling, but the names ok.

Harlan -- I REALLY like Harlan!!! It's so cute! I knew a baby named Harland... Well she lives near my cousin, but I've met her and played with her... haha, she's adorable. I love the name! :)

    Hope I helped!

  9. Truth be told, I really don't care for any of those names. To me, they're boy's names, not girl's names.

  10. 1. Farris - Farts

    2. Malone - old cop

    3. Harlan- Spelled "Harlen" it could be a nice name, Harley is cuter for a girl.

  11. Farris, i thought of farris buelers day off.

i dont really like that name..

Malone, i thought of a guy.

    its okay,i guess.

Harlan, i thought of harley davidsons for some reason.

I really like this name though.

  12. Farris- I automatically thought of the 80s movie "Ferris Buellers Day Off"

Malone- Don't love it- it sounds like an old guy.

Harlan- it's ok-I think the best out of the 3.

I immeadiately though of fat old men sitting on a park bench when I saw all 3 of them though.

  13. 1) Ferris wheel

    2) A 1920's flapper

    3) Harlem

I really don't like any of them, back to the drawing board with ya.

  14. I don't really like any of them, to tell you the truth.

  15. I am sorry, i don't like any of them.  They are all Last Names, in my opinion.

  16. i don't really like any of them! sorry!

    1. Farris: sounds like Ferris wheel, or Ferris Bueller's Day Off

    2. Malone: looks like some kind of Italian food/pasta

    3. Harlan: combo of harlequin and harem.

  17. AWESOME NAMES!!!!!

I love unusual names that are also easy to pronounce and doesn't look like you tried too hard to come up with it.

ALL of these fit that description!

I can't even decide which order I like them.

We finally decided what to name our daughter....had it narrowed down for quite some time but couldn't decide. It is:

    Salem Kaine

Nice job on the names.  Thought of any for boys?

    = )

  18. Bailey

  19. Farris reminds me of Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Malone makes me think of an old detective or something

and idk about Harlan...but they are all guy names...
