  1. If you are about 4 weeks along the Dr may notice your cervix is "different" and might ask questions but without a test they can't tell for sure if you are pregnant or not.  You cervix does look different though in pregnancy.  


  2. really depends on how far along you are, but not if your JUST preg. unless you have them do a blood test or urine test.

Nope, a pap is going to give the doc some information about your cultures.  It doesn't have anything to do with pregnancy.  Now, if you're farther along in your pregnancy (like 9 weeks or so), the doc may be able to tell by your uterus and the "more crowdedness" in there.  But, if you're only like a month along, the doc won't notice anything and the pap smear won't indicate pregnancy.  If you're going for your pap and you think you might be preggo, ask the doc for a blood test while you're there.  Best wishes!

  4. Sometimes, if you're far enough along, the cervix will take on a blue-ish hue and tip a Dr. off.
