no. you dont need to be so shallow about a passport photo. Next time send a better photo in.

realistically, the only thing u can do if u hate it that much, is say u lost it and send in a new passport application with new pictures and the fee all over again. it will run u about $100!  is that worth it to u or is $$ no problem on your end then go for it!  now u know what it takes.  also, u'll have to wait on the new passport for about a month.

no. u have to wait ten years when it expires. i forgot to take a shower before i got my passport picture taken.

Of course you can, but this being government and an important document it isn't exactly a breeze :)

Just go to your local post office and ask them. You can always get a new passport as long as your old one is destroyed (usually). Many people get new passports when they run out of pages for customs stamps.

Mine looks like a mugshot after I've been hauled in by the po-po.

I don't think i've seen a good passport pic...

no, you need to wait when your passport expired and change it

If it doesn't look like you... like by a long shot... get it changed if possible.
