If I have Medicaid in one state, but work in another, is that okay?

I live and have Medicaid in Utah. I'm close to Nevada, where I have a good job oppurtunity. Could I work there and keep my benefits?

  1. You will have to change your place of residence.  Otherwise you will have to travel back for prescripts, etc.  Ask for counseling at the Home County Office.


  2. Medicaid is state specific and each state has different qualifications. Hopefully you will make enough to get off of medicaid and not have to worry about it at all.
