  1. You can't be over qualified for anything without experience. What you did in school, and what you'll be doing in the real world are two completely different things. You have to start somewhere. Trust me. Been there.


  2. I'm missing something -- wouldn't we have to know what your first graphic design job is to answer this?

  3. well, if it involves illustration you'll just be good at it and excell, probably get promoted faster and/or move on to bigger and better things. it's a good thing.
