If I have a empty bottle of liqour in my room and I'm using it as a change jar can I get into trouble for it?

I am 21 my roomate is also 21 and an cpl. there is no other alcohol in the room and the bottle is being used as a change jar

not unless the place you're in forbids alcohol advertisement and sees an empty bottle as an encouragement for others to drink. but seriously, so do i. mine's a Wild Turkey, what's yours?
