If I have a job offer from UK company can i apply for HSMP visa or there is some other visa for that?

    Are you sure about that opening?

    If not, HSMP - at this stage will be irrelevant.

    I hope you know that the laws have been made strict in UK.

    If you are 100% sure about that job then take up HSMP otherwise it is better to avoid it and go for others.

  3. it is extremely important that you apply for the HSMP visa for in the same field that you have trained. last week the regulations for the HSMP visa has changed and they are no longer issuing a HSMP visa, the UK will be changing to a point based system for issuing visa as it is at the moment in canada and australia. they are saying that the system would be in place early next year. hence please check and apply. there is a website www.workpermit.com where you can find more UK specific information.
