I believe that if you have a land contract with the owner of the house that you can not turn around and rent it out. That the contract is with you the one you have the contract with still has say in who moves in the house. I'm I right or I'm I wrong?

  1. You can not rent to someone else

  2. You are correct. The only way you would be able to do is rent out a room while you are living there, but you can't rent out the whole house.

  3. you can rent it, but you still have to fulfill your terms to buy at the end of the term.
